Each person is unique and so should your therapy. First and foremost, I believe trust and the therapeutic relationship to be integral to success. By your second session we will collaborate to create a plan designed to fit your needs and goals. I draw from evidence based therapies including Cognitive behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Accelerated Resolution, and others.

Our office is conveniently located in Downtown Colorado Springs. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy. Parking options are metered and about $2 for an hour and a half.
